Children’s Privacy

I provide instructional services and activities for individuals under 18 years of age. I only collect personal information relating to minors when provided directly by a parent or legal guardian via the Junior Consent Form. I do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children under 16 without parental consent.

To arrange courses with you: I may use any booking information to contact you regarding the Course(s) you have booked to ensure you know when and where the course is taking place. When you book on to a Mountain Training course, your booking will be managed through the tahdah system following their privacy policies.
To customise my Website for your experience: I may use the information you provide to me along with any computer information I receive to customize my Website.
For data aggregation purposes: I retain the right to collect and use any non-personal information collected from your use of my Website and aggregate such data for internal analytics that improve my Website and Service. At no time is your personally identifiable information included in such data aggregations.

Service Providers & Third Parties

I employ third-party companies and tools to facilitate website operations, process web forms, and protect against spam:

Netlify: Hosting and form submissions are handled by Netlify in accordance with their privacy policy.
Google reCAPTCHA: Spam protection on form submissions is provided by Google reCAPTCHA, subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
tahdah: Mountain Training course registrations and candidate records are managed via tahdah in accordance with their privacy policy.
